Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and within 2 days of the order being placed.

Orders come in a kraft brown box, wrapped in blue tissue paper with a card. If you would like a gift message please leave us a note at checkout.

UK Orders

Royal Mail, rates are as follows:

• We offer FREE Standard 2nd Class (delivery 2 to 4 days)
• You can opt for 1st Class at £3.50 (delivery 1 to 3 days)

European Orders

We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden 

We have a flat rate delivery option for all orders of £9.99 (delivery 5-10 working days).  Your order will be fully tracked.

Your order will be shipped from UK and with the delivery duties unpaid. It is the buyer’s responsibility for paying any import taxes that may be charged for the delivery of your item. OriOrso cannot be held responsible for local charges, if you are unsure of these please check before placing your order.

US Orders

We have a flat rate delivery option for all US orders of USD$15 (delivery 7 - 17 working days).  Your order will be fully tracked.
