Yes! We are happy to arrange shipping to most of the EU and US. Please see our Shipping page here for more information on our charges.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your address. Where the order has been processed it will not be possible to change. Email us at hello@oriorso.com

All European & International orders will be sent with tracking and you will receive a link via your shipping email. UK orders are not sent with network tracking but you can track to confirm if your parcel has been delivered or attempted delivery.

Your order will be shipped from UK and with the delivery duties unpaid. It is the buyers responsibility for paying any import taxes that may be charged for the delivery of your item. OriOrso cannot be held responsible for local charges, if you are unsure of these please check before placing your order. 

RETURNS

We hope you love your OriOrso products as much as we do but if not we are able to offer a exchange or full refund. Please see our returns section here on how to start a return.

 

Yes absolutely, you can purchase a gift voucher here. All vouchers are valid from 1 year from the purchase date.

All orders are sent in a branded box with blue tissue paper and a card. If you are sending as a gift we are more than happy to write a gift message. Please leave this in the notes at checkout.
